There are numerous documents and forms to which visitors to our website need access.  Some of you may want to see a certain corporate record; others of you may want to see the record of the actual disbursement of a gift you may have made to a particular project or for a particular purpose.  We try to be accomodating.  It is you that helps make us successful at what we do, so we feel an obligation to share our records with you. 

Others of you may be blessed to be a participant on one of the upcoming mission trips that we are hosting.  You will need to fill out certain of our forms and you will want to read some of the Other Documents that are available to give you a better understanding of what to expect when you visit us and Ecuador.
