Global Love In Action exists to fulfill The Great Commission!
Luke 15 contains:
The Parable of the Lost Sheep – verses 1-7
The Parable of the Lost Coin – verses 8-10
The Parable of the Lost Son – verses 11-31
“….. there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.” Luke 15:7 (NIV)
We believe “The Parable of the Once-Lost Shuar” could well become part of our story – a real story and not a Parable. That is a God-sized task and we trust in Him for the help we need so that the Work among the Shuar can be accomplished.
Our stated mission is to glorify God, to preach and teach Jesus Christ and to make disciples of unreached people groups. And, for a season, our targeted unreached people group is The Shuar Indians of the Amazon Jungle Basin region.
Since late 2006 our ministry efforts have been rewarded by over 3000 professions of faith in Jesus Christ. You can be assured that our efforts will continue, and as our resources increase (personnel, facilities, supported organizations, the numbers of planted churches in the Amazon, the frequencies of mission trips by our stateside supported organizations, etc.) these numbers will increase in an exponential manner.
