We think our architect did a marvelous job in utililizing our available land mass. We think you will agree.

Important site amenities and features:
- The entire site is on one level, with a underground drainage system. No steps anywhere (except inside for access to the second floor).
- There 3 sets of entry gates, all electronically controlled. The center gate is a covered pedestrian gate for church attenders. The right side gate is a service gate and the left side gate is for the Pastor, missionaries and visitors.
- An 8' high finished masonry wall surrounds 3 sides of the property with adequate security lighting mounted to the walls.
- The exterior masonry walls have hose bibbs built into them at convenient locations. And, the water from these bibbs has been sterilized and is potable.
- There is a generator system (propane gas fired) that will power the entire building in the case of a power failure.
- The water purification system is mounted on an exterior wall of the main building and it has been professionally engineered and designed to treat local water conditions.
- There is an attractive metal fence across the front of the property so that all four sides of the property are enclosed.
- All electronic gates, if not manually opened for worship services or expected visitors, are controlled by voice/keypad controls from interior monitors.
- There is an attractive courtyard in the U-shaped area between the Worship Center, the main mission building and the children's classrooms.
- The courtyard has benches and a lovely water fountain.
- The courtyard is visible from the windows of the upper dormitory areas on the second floor of the main building.
- The left rear portion of the site is reserved for a playground for children.
- The right rear portion of the site is a relaxation and outside dining area for missionaries.
- The paverstone parking lot in front of the courtyard will accomodate approximatley 5-7 vehicles.
- NOTE -- we have purchased an additional piece of property immediately behind the left rear wall of the property -- behind the area shown in green which is reserved for a children's playground.
- NOTE -- the additional property referred to in the previous bullet point is approximately 1/3 the size of the entire present parcel and extends to another street that is located behind our property.
- NOTE -- the planned use of the additional property is for the storage of our Mobile Medical Unit and our Transportation Mini-Bus. It will also allow for expansion of the children's playground area.
