The upper level is devoted to the Pastor's apartment, the Caretaker's area and Mission Team facilities.

Here is a partial listing of the needs served by this floor::
- As you come up the stairs you first see a small lounge and TV area reserved for Mission Team use.
- Just outside the TV lounge area is an accessible balcony for mission team member use..
- The caretaker's bedroom and kitchen are in the area adjacent to the stairs and lounge area.
- The caretaker's private full bathroom is inside the caretaker's bedroom.
- The caretaker's kitchen does not have a door and is accessbile to mission team members for late night popcorn, drinks, snacks, etc.
- There is a study room with 5 separate desk areas. Each desk has a computer with Hi-Speed DSL connection -- meaning, of course, that there is email contact with home.
- There are two separate dormitory areas. Each is furnished with 6 bunkbeds to accomodate 12 people. Each has storage areas for each occupant.
- Each dormitory has two showers, 3 lavatories and two divided commode areas.
- There are no urinals in either dormitory; meaning that both dormitories can accomodate all women should there be a need.
- Throughout the entire facility, even the exterior, all water is filtered and sanitized and is potable.
- Adequate hot water heaters ensure hot showers after a hard day in the field; and the hot water also is valuable for kitchen use.
- The Pastor's apartment is at the end of the hall and is thoughtfully designed.
- All exterior lights can be controlled from the Pastor's apartment.
- The apartment contains a full kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, laundry facilities, adequate closet and storage facilites and a living and dining area.
- The Pastor's apartment also has full access to Hi-Speed DSL internet service.
- Not shown -- a third floor which is partially finished. The finished portion contains large commercial washing machines and dryers for mission team member use.
- The third floor, again not shown, contains a large storage room which can be converted into a third dormitory for approximately 18 additional people.
